The girl's parents didn't not press charges against Sizemore, though they did reportedly speak to the police. When questioned by the Hollywood Reporter over the allegation, his agent Stephen Rice said "our position is 'no comment'".

When contacted by THR, the girl, now 26, asked not to be identified and declined to talk about the matter except to say that she's exploring legal action against Sizemore and her parents.

THR describes a cast and crew - including producers - who were sickened and aghast at what was being alleged as word spread around the set of the Lionsgate film Born Killers, which never got a significant theatrical release.

Sizemore, 55, already notorious in Hollywood for his drug use and convictions for battery against women, has never been accused of molestation before.

Sizemore's other film roles include Born on the Fourth of July, True Romance, Natural Born Killers, Heat, Black Hawk Down and Pearl Harbor. According to THR, the girl was seated on his lap when he molested her. This is when he allegedly "rubbed his finger against her vagina" or 'inserted it inside'. The movie's production manager told THR that "the girl was so young it was unclear to her and [later] her parents what had actually taken place and if it was intentional or not".

As word of the assault trickled onto the Utah set, the film's producers Jai Stefan, Michael Manshel and Gus Spoliansky say they booted Sizemore immediately.

"We also talked to Tom at the time and told him everything that had been told to us and he said: 'I've done a lot of very bad things, and I'd never do anything with kids'".

The Golden Globe-nominated star, who had recently been convicted of physically abusing and harassing his ex-girlfriend, former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss (and was later sentenced to six months in jail), denied the claim when he was confronted about it.

Sizemore has said for years that his drug problems, including a 2007 arrest for methamphetamine possession, began as a teenager.

"At one point her eyes got just huge, like she could've vomited".

The girl's mother noticed her daughter was being unusually quiet the next day, and the girl revealed the alleged inappropriate touching when she put on a bathing suit to go swimming, as she said the suit felt similar to Sizemore's fingers. She added that afterward, "the young girl had trouble taking direction". "Later, when I was told about what happened, I knew exactly what it was".

Casting director Catrine McGregor, who hired the young actress, said she received a call from the child's mother alleging that her daughter had been "inappropriately touched".

The paper also talked to a production assistant, Roi Maufas, who said the crew believed what the child said because they considered Sizemore a "sleazebag".
