Tom Brady Suffered Hand Injury During Practice After Collision With Teammate

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady appeared on Wednesday's injury report with a right hand injury and was reportedly a limited participant at practice. On Wednesday, January 17, the Patriots announced that Brady would not be participating in media day because he was with the team's "medical staff".

Brady showed no signs of injury in New England's easy win over the Titans in the divisional round.

While the news may come as a bit of a concern since it is Brady's throwing hand, the injury is not believed to be severe.

Tom Brady is with our medical staff and will not be available to the media today. Further information about what's ailing the 40-year-old Super Bowl champion was not released.

The third-seeded Jaguars will face the top-seeded Patriots next Sunday at 3 p.m.at Gillette Stadium after defeating the favored Pittsburgh Steelers 45-42 last weekend.

That record is even more impressive with knowledge that New England started the season 2-2, with losses to the Kansas City Chiefs and Carolina Panthers.
