Noah Davis sings "Stay" on American Idol 2018 Auditions

Noah Davis sings

"I think if you ain't careful, you might win 'American Idol, '" raved Luke.

So who won the singing competition competition?? Among the pool of talented hopefuls are David Francisco, the formerly paralyzed singer who brought Katy Perry to tears with his angelic voice; Alyssa Raghu, the 15-year-old who blew away the judges with her take on an Ariana Grande hit; and let's not forget Trevor Hottie - er, I mean, Holmes. Lionel said with a laugh before asking Katy, "You all right?"

Noah Davis gets three yeses from the judges. Known for being unreserved, outspoken and at times just plain silly, Perry was moved to tears following a contestants audition on Monday night's show.

The classic American Idol censor graphic hovered over Perry's bottom as she laid on the floor and jokingly struggled to get up. Despite Perry's fumble, that didn't affect the young waitress' chances whatsoever who received her golden ticket to Hollywood. And Lionel explained that Rissa sucked him into her world with the beauty of her voice. He performed "Unaware" for which Katy dubs him the best male artist they've auditioned so far and the judges agreed he's quite ready for Idol and he'll be moving on. Katy asked. Eventually, she stuck out her foot, put the golden ticket between her toes and made William come and take it.

Perry's onscreen ensembles can only get better from here as we patiently wait for "American Idol" live shows.

They were Misha Gontar, a 26-year-old MRI technologist from Marengo, IL; Autumn Woods, a 27-year-old library clerk from Katy, TX; "Hank the Businessman", a 22-year-old delivery driver from Pittsburgh, PA; Neshia Ruffins, a 25-year-old singer from New Orleans; and Jonathan Herman, a 23-year-old content analyst from Austin, TX.

The auditions keep rolling SUNDAY 8|7c as American Idol's journey continues on America's network, ABC!
