Design Janice Dickinson Informs jury Who Cosby drugged, raped her

Janice Dickinson

"How very wrong it was", Dickinson said. Dickinson said that her career was thriving at that time and that she decided not to report the alleged incident because she had "conservative clients" - such as Vogue, Maybelline and Revlon - that "would not appreciate that I'd been raped".

All of them testified they wound up unconscious from the pills or alcohol Cosby gave them, unable to say no or resist as he had his way with them. "I wasn't under oath when I wrote the book".

"He smelled like cigars and espresso and his body odor", she said.

Dickinson told the court her publisher was aware of the sexual assault but they had recommended she remove it to avoid potential litigation.

Janice Baker-Kinney walks toward the courtroom to testify against Bill Cosby on April 12, 2018 in Norristown, Pennsylvania.

Onetime supermodel Janice Dickinson regaled a courtroom audience on Thursday with a stream of anecdotes from her heyday, everything from partying at Studio 54 to having sex with actor Sylvester Stallone.

Dickinson remained resolute while being cross-examined by Cosby defense attorney Thomas Mesereau. "A married man, father of five kids, on top of me", Dickinson said.

Cosby's attorneys are expected to cross-examine Constand, including about the almost $3.4 million settlement she received.

The combination immobilized her and rendered her unable to speak. I had semen between my legs and I felt anal pain.

"I was disgusted and in shock and humiliated".

An outspoken reality-TV host who claims to have invented the term "supermodel", she described Cosby in profane terms in a December 2014 TV interview, calling him a "tacky rapist," while alternately weeping and shouting.

The women also could help prosecutors insulate the main accuser, Andrea Constand, from the defence's contention that she's a "con artist" who preyed on Cosby " s vulnerability after the 1997 killing of his son, Ennis, and then framed him to score a big payday via a $3.4-million civil settlement. He read a passage about the night in Lake Tahoe and how the book details Dickinson stopping at the door and never entering the comedian's room.

He flew her to Lake Tahoe, Nevada, where she met Cosby and his musical director for dinner and complained of menstrual cramps.

Eventually, she was so incapacitated that she "couldn't get the words out I wanted to say", Dickinson testified. "And they told me, 'He could ruin your career.' And I knew that".

Turning to Cosby, she made the remark that suggested he remembered the encounter. "I wanted a paycheck". But in a 2005 deposition that Mesereau showed her, Constand said she had told her mother that she was affectionate toward him. She took some photos with her Polaroid camera while she waited, including of Cosby; these were shown to the jury.

Cosby's defense attorney, Tom Mesereau, challenged Dickinson on her claims, citing discrepancies between her testimony and her 2002 autobiography, No Lifeguard on Duty, about the encounter with Cosby. Fenjves has backed up Dickinson's accusation, and she told Mesereau he should call him as a witness.

"It's all a fabrication there", she said of the book.

Asked what was going through her mind during the assault, Lasha wailed, "Dr. Huxtable, what are you doing? And I just wanted to go home".

Instead, Constand said, the pills instead made her black out.

The Associated Press does not typically identify people who say they are victims of sexual assault unless they grant permission, which Constand and the other women have done.

Constand testified she chose to report the assault to police in January 2005, about a year later, jarred to action by a nightmare and an increasing awareness of consent issues from her ongoing massage therapy training. The first trial ended in a mistrial last June due to a deadlocked jury.

Women who say comedian Bill Cosby knocked them out with intoxicants and sexually assaulted them decades ago are finally getting a chance to confront him - and they aren't holding back. "I hadn't said yes".

Following along because he was "America's Dad", Lublin said she lost consciousness after Cosby told her to sit between his knees and started petting her head.

The 45-year-old Constand says Cosby drugged and molested her at his suburban Philadelphia mansion in January 2004. Dickinson said she went along with what was written in the book because she needed the money.
