The 'Bohemian Rhapsody' biopic trailer has dropped

Rami Malek Bohemian Rhapsody

The movie Bohemian Rhapsody is produced by mainframe companies like 20th Century Fox and Regency Enterprises, and has been through an on and off production cycle since 2010.

The new trailer was worming and crafted with a lot of heavy metal and rock music showing the extraordinary spirit that characterized Queen.

The short trailer - barely a minute and a half long - opens with Malek (a very believable Mercury) engaging with his audience dishing out his typical showman charm. Sacha Baron Cohen (best known as Borat in the titular film) was due to play Mercury, but left the project in 2013 over disputes with the remaining Queen members over the direction of the film.

The trailer also showcases a medley of their most popular music and in particular, how Bohemian Rhapsody came about. The short clip also showcased numerous key moments in Queen's career, like the creation of their legacy, Bohemian Rhapsody, and the run up to their life changing performance at Live Aid in 1985.

This shot depicts the insane audience that attended Live Aid in 1985 at Wembley Stadium.

The movie will be screened in the American theatres on 2 November 2018.
