'Judy Moody' Actor Jackson Odell Dead at 20

Actor and singer-songwriter Jackson O'Dell has died, according to multiple reports.

In the ABC comedy The Goldbergs he played student Ari Caldwell, a friend of Erica and Lexi, and Dana's older brother.

Odell was found dead at a residence in Tarzana, California on Friday, according to The Hollywood Reporter. No cause of death has been released, but no foul play is suspected.

Jackson had been acting since he was 12, scoring guest roles on several hit TV shows, like "iCarly", "Modern Family" and "Arrested Development".

The young actor also starred in the 2011 film Judy Moody and the Not Bummer Summer alongside Heather Graham.

He also wrote the Wings of an Angel, a hit single performed by Lauren Alaina, from the movie.

Odell sang several covers and original songs, which he posted to his YouTube channel, including one of "Dreaming with a Broken Heart" by John Mayer, which has over 16,000 views.
