Harry and Meghan are following in the footsteps of Harry's parents in their first confirmed overseas tour.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will take in Australia, Fiji, the Kingdom of Tonga, and New Zealand this autumn.
"As the founder of the Invictus Games, the Duke of Sussex has become a champion for war veterans around the world, including in Australia".
This is the couple's first official royal tour to be announced since getting married in May.
Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull said Australians would be excited about the visit, and the couple could expect a very warm welcome. (Elizabeth II's real birthday is in April, but her parade is always in June.) And she made her debut on the iconic Buckingham Palace balcony, where she and sister-in-law Kate Middleton showed off flawless matching curtsies!
'Harry, Camilla, Kate, along with [Prince] Charles, with whom she has developed a particularly close bond, have all been doing what they can to make sure Meghan feels welcomed and loved'. But, despite looking flawless thanks to her "post-honeymoon" glow and regal Carolina Herrera dress, the former actress had a sleepless night ahead of her first Trooping the Colour parade.
While earlier reports said the pair would be making a "roadtrip", Country Living UK said the duchess and the Queen will travel 265 kms aboard the royal train to Chester, where they will open a bridge and have lunch.
"It's all about the monarchy". "She's been also leaning on Samantha Cohen, assistant private secretary to the queen, and a much admired favorite of the queen in Buckingham Palace". There appears to be no royal protocol against off-the-shoulder dresses, as the Duchess of Cambridge has worn several similar designs in the past.
"I do feel her choice of an off the shoulder dress was pushing it for HRH Queen Elizabeth's Birthday celebration", wrote another on social media.
