India gears up to celebrate 4th International Yoga Day

Prime Minister Narendra Modi led over 50,000 volunteers in Dehradun today morning to mark the fourth International Yoga Day celebrations.

People gathered at a sprawling forest research institute - snakes and monkeys were removed in advance - before dawn for the communal session involving the yoga-mad premier, an AFP reporter at the scene said. "From Dehradun to Dublin, there's only Yoga". "Yoga has become one of the biggest mass movements in the quest for good health and wellbeing", the prime minister said.

He also asserted that Yoga has become one of the unifying forces of the world.
