President Trump Demands No 'Judges or Court' for Illegal Border Crossers

"Can not accept all of the people trying to break into our Country", he tweeted.

Mr. Trump said they should be deported with "no Judges or Court Cases". "Our system is a mockery to good immigration policy and Law and Order", Trump tweeted.

The latest presidential exhortations came as Republicans were prepping for a vote on immigration legislation, after a more hard-line bill failed last week.

Trump's tough demand to end that legal process would face stiff opposition in Congress, which for years has been stalemated on changes to USA immigration policies and unable to enact new migration laws. "Immigration must be based on merit - we need people who will help to Make America Great Again!", he wrote.

After Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced a "zero-tolerance" policy in dealing with migrants who cross into the USA illegally, almost 2,000 children were separated from their families during a six-week period in April and May.

Massive public outcry has grown over children being separated from their parents attempting to cross into the us illegally. More than 2,300 children were separated from the adults they crossed the border with, provoking outrage around the world and producing a public relations nightmare for the administration. "They say the President is still 100 per cent behind us", McCaul said on Fox News Sunday. Can not accept all the people trying to break into our Country.

The president has long railed for stronger immigration laws since the start of his campaign, including his promise to build a wall on the U.S. -Mexico border and have Mexico pay for it. "Don't RESIST. We are doing a far better job than Bush and Obama, but we need strength and security at the Border!", Trump posted.

Trump's continued statements on immigration and border security, including his call on Sunday for the U.S. to forgo the use of judges, come as Congress attempts to grapple with the issue. Bernie Sanders called on Trump to meet with members of Congress to work "on a rational program" dealing with immigration.

"We are keeping families together, and this will solve that problem", he said after signing the order in the Oval Office.
