New elder-abuse order issued for Marvel's Stan Lee

Stan Lee's family has filed another restraining order against Keya Morgan the 95-year-old's former manager

Two attorneys both told Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Ruth Kleman they represented Lee, 95, whose well-being has been a cause of concern for months.

Stan's legal team was in court Friday and requested the restraining order granted last month against Morgan to be dismissed. Friday, Superior Court Judge Pro Tem Ruth Kleman would not hear a motion to extend a temporary restraining order against Morgan because Lallas, the lawyer who filed the order, was sacked by Lee in February.

"Stan Lee is now recovering from the severe physical and emotional injuries caused by Keya Morgan during the period of time Keya Morgan controlled each and every one of Stan Lee's acts or omissions, and separated Stan Lee from his family, friends and close advisers", the document states. Lallas was sacked in February, though he previously represented Lee in legal matters in years past.

"I'm concerned who has authority to represent Mr".

Her attorneys said after court that they immediately filed for a similar order against Morgan. They said they would also work with police and prosecutors in an elder-abuse investigation involving Morgan.

In the tiny courtroom packed with current and former attorneys and associates of Lee, lawyer Tom Lallas asked for a 30-day extension of the temporary restraining order he had received against Lee's former manager Keya Morgan.

"Their relationship exists outside of anybody's restraining order", Kessel said to the outlet. "Mr".

Updated with details of the second restraining order. The nurse also says that, although she has not witnessed direct physical abuse, "I have noted numerous bruises to the right side of Mr". The latest film featuring his characters, "Ant-Man and The Wasp", was released Friday and is expected to top the weekend box office. "Hopefully, he will just stop". After Morgan's arrest, Lallas returned to the fold and claimed to represent Lee's interests moving forward. Neither Lee nor Morgan were in court for Friday's hearing.

Morgan said in a Twitter statement last month that he had "shown nothing but love, respect & kindness to Stan Lee, & his wife, a fact he has repeated countless time". He said he hadn't yet seen the new restraining order request.

Morgan told The Associated Press in a text message that he was in NY working on a film. He declined to comment further on the advice of his lawyer but has previously denied abusing Lee in any way.

According to the allegations, Morgan's last interaction with Lee was when he and his mother "abducted" Lee out of his house and took him to an apartment, in a "last-ditch effort to complete (sic) cut Stan Lee off from any meaningful communication with anyone other than himself and those he could control".
