Why WWE Didn't Mention Brock Lesnar's UFC 226 Appearance On Raw

Brock Lesnar almost sparked a brawl with Daniel Cormier

Well, it appears as if the fans finally know when he will wrestle next and it is going to be at next month's SummerSlam.

More recently, Diaz has been in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons after he was arrested in Las Vegas where he now faces several felony charges after he was accused of assault in a domestic violence case.

In fact the former UFC welterweight contender was so unhinged about the whole ordeal that unfolded last weekend in Las Vegas that Diaz unleashed an epic rant taking shots at Lesnar and actually calling for a fight against the new heavyweight champion.

The first ever UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion, however, stated that she will probably not watch Lesnar and Cormier fight because she doesn't like to see two of her friends batting inside the Octagon.

Fightful Wrestling will continue to update readers on Lesnar's future schedule.

Lesnar's opponent for SummerSlam has yet to be decided. While he's been gone, Roman Reigns has been on television telling the fans that Lesnar doesn't care about WWE and comes and goes as he wants. That match was then scratched. So it doesn't make sense to be the G.O.A.T. right now.

At the same time, Reigns has been built up to eventually defeat Lesnar for several years now.

When The Beast drops the main prize on WWE's red brand, another superstar will have to take his place as the top superstar on Monday Night Raw. With Brock Lesnar definitely on his way out and heading back to the UFC, the Universal Championship is going to have to change hands and it will likely happen at SummerSlam.

This is basically a redux of their program ahead of WrestleMania, where Reigns constantly harped on Lesnar's absentee status as a champion, but that didn't work as hoped and ultimately Lesnar retained in brutal, bloody fashion.
