Meghan Markle's Dad Is Throwing Shade At The British Royal Family

Meghan Markle's father, Thomas Markle, said Sunday he's considering flying to Britain in order to make peace with his daughter almost two months after they last spoke.

She added: 'If there was a Wimbledon royalty, I would like to believe I would be Wimbledon royalty because I've done pretty well here in the past'. I know her smile.

'I think Meghan is in deeper than I am, ' he said, as reported by Page Six. She also wore a crisp poplin striped shirt by Ralph Lauren - whose PR director, Violet von Westenholz, is said to have set up a blind date between the actress and Prince Harry.

It was also a special moment for Markle, who came to see her good pal Serena Williams (a guest at Markle and Prince Harry's star-studded wedding) playing in the finals against Germany's Angelique Kerber. Now she's supporting me in a different role. I don't like the one I see now.

He conceded that Meghan may have just been having "a couple of bad days" but said he is anxious as he thinks she may be under "too much pressure". Markle's mother, Doria Ragland, did attend the wedding.

He had been due to walk his daughter down the aisle, but after a heart attack was forced to stay in Mexico to have emergency surgery.

Kensington Palace told Sky News it would not comment on the story.

Mr Markle has since told The Sun he is prepared to fly to London without a royal appointment - and spoke of his concern that he is being frozen out of the family.

"Anyone who makes a profit off the royal family becomes shunned", he said.

"Since the interview, the phone number that I call doesn't work anymore", he continued. It is probably the longest time I have gone without speaking to her ever.

"My message [to her] would be, 'I love you, I miss you, I'm sorry for anything that went wrong, '" he added.

But some royal fans are speculating the outfit was carefully put together to reflect her first date with the Prince. Whether she's nervous or terrified in her new royal duties or not, let's not broadcast that truth for her.

Thomas remarked that this would be his last interview, saying: "All I am doing is setting the record straight and reaching out to my daughter".
