Kate Middleton & Prince Louis Are All Smiles in New Christening Photo

Prince Louis

Cape Town - Another picture taken at Prince Louis' christening has been released - and we're officially in love!

The image, taken by photographer Matt Porteous, was snapped in the garden at Clarence House following his baptism service at the Chapel Royal in St. James' Palace.

While all handsome photos, they're also clearly quite posed, and it seems the royals were keen to capture the less formal side of things as well.

Mr Porteous, who attended Bel Royal School, also photographed the wedding of the Duchess of Cambridge's sister Pippa, who married James Matthews in a star-studded ceremony a year ago.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have unveiled the official photographs from the christening of their third child, Prince Louis, one week after the ceremony.

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge is seen with Prince Louis during his christening.

And we're sure everyone is happy they chose to release it too.

The christening photos were captured by photographer Matt Holyoak and four of them have now been released to the public. Standing left to right: the Duke of Sussex, the Duchess of Sussex, the Duchess of Cornwall, the Prince of Wales, Carole Middleton, Michael Middleton, Pippa Matthews (née Middleton), James Matthews, James Middleton.

Louis was wearing a replica of the royal christening robe, made of fine Honiton lace lined with white satin, which was created in 1841 for Queen Victoria's eldest daughter, Victoria, the Princess Royal.

"Everyone was so relaxed and in such good spirits, it was an absolute pleasure".

After the ceremony, the baby prince looked content and wiggled his fingers as Kate gazed down and beamed at him as she held him in her arms.

In one of the photos of the family, while everyone else is focused on the camera, Charlotte is keeping an eye on her new little brother.

Matt Holyoak, who shot the Queen and Prince Philip for their 70th anniversary, is responsible for the gorgeous portraits celebrating the fifth-in-line to the British throne.
