Kim Kardashian West's Perfume Company Sued for Ripping Off Logo

Kim Kardashian Facing Lawsuit Over A KKW Fragrance That Ain’t Even Out Yet

According to TMZ, Kim Kardashian has been accused of plagiarism over a logo for one of her new lines of perfume.

Another day, another lawsuit leveraged against Kim Kardashian's beauty empire.

Reality TV star Kim Kardashian West is reportedly being sued for allegedly stealing a marketing company's logo.

Representatives at Vibes Media claim KKW bosses have been abusing the logo through marketing and promotion, as well as packaging the scents in a bottle that is "a close facsimile of the Registered Vibes Logo".

The lawsuit alleges that Kim Kardashian West Fragrance aka KKW Fragrance, stole its design idea and implemented it in their Kimoji line of perfume.

Vibes Media's lawsuit, however, focused specifically on the Kimoji perfume, seeking both unspecified damages and an injunction to keep KKW Fragrance from continuing to sell the fragrance. The source continued that the team thinks Vibes is just looking for "media attention" because they opted to file a legal complaint BEFORE ever sending a formal letter of complaint or trying to handle the matter privately.

Meanwhile, Kardashian West recently admitted that social media has played a huge role in her success.

The Chicago-based marketing company says "The Keeping up with the Kardashians" star doesn't have permission to use its trademarked logo.

Uhh, that's an interesting take for a family that shares just about everything!
