According to Moore, Daniels said "being a mother comes first" and she had no choice but to return to the USA and not appear on Celebrity Big Brother. She explained how what she was about to say was just "one side of the story", before going on to tell Stormy's tale.

Stormy also told Jane that she'd requested to appear on the CBB launch show anyway to explain dropping out, and bosses agreed before changing their minds. "She suddenly thought, I can't commit because being a mother comes first". "What she wanted to do was sort that out". "She says she is furious and wants to be sat here".

However, since then Daniel lawyer issued a statement with a different response and claim the Big Brother producers were responsible for the whole debacle, not his client, calling the squabble for more money "complete bulls**t".

She continued: "She is very angry, she feels as though she's had her power taken away from her".
