Take-Two Interactive raises financial outlook due to Red Dead Redemption II

Red Dead Redemption 2 Player Confronts an Actual Werewolf While Exploring

As Take-Two points out in its report, Red Dead Redemption 2 has received numerous flawless, or near-perfect review scores from many games media outlets, including the likes of IGN, GameSpot, and Game Informer.

Drama Alert host Daniel "KEEMSTAR" Keem has challenged YouTube for its actions against a creator who uploaded controversial gameplay footage from Rockstar's latest title, Red Dead Redemption 2.

Though you're likely still neck-deep in the life-consuming wonder that is Red Dead Redemption 2, there's no question that Rockstar is already hard at work on their next game, Grand Theft Auto 6.

On an earnings call, Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick explained that "it will launch in public beta towards the end of the month - Rockstar will have a lot more to say about it".

"As a result of our strong second quarter performance and outstanding early results from Red Dead Redemption 2, we are raising our financial outlook for fiscal 2019, which is also poised to be a record year for Net Bookings and Adjusted Operating Cash Flow".

After launching the Wild West adventure on Xbox One and PlayStation 4, Rockstar Games saw a massive return after the game began setting records.

No real details were given about what the online component will entail, but it is expected to be a much bigger and more involved upgrade on the original Red Dead Redemption's open world.

A number of videos showing Red Dead players purposefully killing suffragettes and Mexicans have been deleted from YouTube.
