Arsenal players filmed inhaling laughing gas

Arsenal to 'remind players of their responsibilities' after 'hippy crack' video emerges

Alexandre Lacazette, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Sead Kolasinac are seen inhaling balloons of the gas, whilst Mesut Ozil and Matteo Guendouzi both appear to lose consciousness as a result of inhaling the gas.

Arsenal have released a statement confirming that they will issue warnings to some of their star players after a video emerged showing them allegedly inhaling nitrous oxide.

According to the Daily Mirror, a bunch of Arsenal players were enjoying themselves at Tape nightclub in London before the season started when they were caught up in a scandal.

Arsenal have released a statement revealing that they will "remind players of their responsibilities" after several of them were videoed appearing to inhale laughing gas.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Shkodran Mustafi also feature in the video but are not seen with the substance.

The football club said that an internal investigation into the matter would be taking place, and Kitson believes the players involved are now walking a tightrope under Unai Emery.

Nitrous oxide, which is used legitimately in medicine, dentistry and catering, is legal, although it is illegal to supply or import it for personal use.

"What I'm struggling to work out about Arsenal's fantastic run is why Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's on-field brilliance is not being highlighted more".

The Gunners lost their first two matches of the 2018-19 Premier League campaign, but are unbeaten since.
