Huawei P30 Pro might have four rear cameras and launch in March

Our favourite case maker, Spigen, has done it again.

It could be possible that Huawei will include the headphone jack on the P30 but not on the P30 Pro, which is what it did with the Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro.

On the front side, both the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro flaunt thin bezels all around-with the exception of a slightly thicker chin-complemented by a tiny, waterdrop-style notch housing a single front-facing cam at the top. The Huawei P30 Pro is depicted nested in a transparent TPU case that has a sizable cut-out for the phone's vertical quad-camera setup and dual LED flash. The flash along with its additional sensors are now placed to the right of the camera bump, and this requires a larger cutout hole for the case.

Unfortunately, one smartphone that will not make an appearance at the tradeshow is the Huawei P30 Pro - despite earlier rumours to the contrary.

Huawei P30 Pro might have four rear cameras and launch in March

Huawei look to be sticking to their winning formula and have shrunken the notch instead of trying to lose it just yet. For example, the P30 is rumored to have a triple-lens rear camera while the P30 Pro could have four lenses, and one or both models could have a 38MP or 40MP lens.

As reported by Android Authority, phone case maker Spigen published photos of the Huawei P30 Pro sporting a clear plastic case. This is a confirmation that Huawei is keeping the 3.5mm headphone jack for the more affordable model.

The Huawei P30 series is expected to be announced sometime next month at a separate event after MWC 2019. On the display is the date March 28. Could this be the official launch date? We expect Huawei to reveal more details in the coming weeks.
