Redmi to launch smart products alongside Redmi 7 and Redmi Note 7 Pro

Alongside the Redmi Note 7 Pro, Xiaomi will also be offering the Redmi Note 7 that went on sale in the country for the first time last week. Earlier this week, the company's general manager took to Weibo to confirm that the Redmi 7 will also be launched alongside the Pro variant.

It's official! We're finally going to see the Redmi 7 launched in China on March 18 after speculations and hints have gone around guessing that the device may be mystery product to be unveiled with the Redmi Note 7 Pro. After the Note 7 sold out in just a couple of minutes at its first sale, it is now Note 7 Pro's turn to test the water. The Redmi Note 7 Pro starts at Rs 13,999 and offers 4GB RAM and 64GB storage.

The phone gets a 6.3-inch LTPS LCD display with 1080 x 2340 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The smartphone offers a display of 6.3-inch full HD+ display with 1080x2340 pixel resolution and is powered by 2.2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor AIE. The smartphone will be available on e-commerce platform Flipkart, Mi.com and Mi Home stores from 12 pm onwards.

The major highlight of Redmi Note 7 Pro is its camera.

Launch offers on the Redmi Note 7 Pro include up to 1,120GB of 4G data, unlimited voice calling, and Airtel Thanks benefits specifically for Airtel customers. For imaging duties, the device has a 12MP primary rear camera and a 2MP secondary camera sensor. Under the hood, there is an 11nm, octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 SoC, paired with 4GB/ 6GB RAM options and 64GB/ 128GB of onboard storage options.

The smartphone is available in Neptune Blue, Nebula Red and Space Black colour options.

Both smartphones run Android Pie 9 with Xiaomi's MIUI 10 custom ROM running atop and are backed by 4,000mAh batteries.
