Under Pressure? OnePlus Will Also Launch a OnePlus 7 Pro Next Month

OnePlus 7 Pro With Triple Rear Cameras Dual Edged Display Leaked Spotted on Bluetooth SIG as Well

With a consistent number of leaks surrounding the OnePlus 7, it is safe to assume that we'll be witnessing the launch of the flagship sooner rather than later.

The second image leaked via Slashleaks claims that the OnePlus 7 Pro variant could pack a huge 6.67-inch OLED display. While it is almost certain that the OnePlus 7 will come with a pop-up front camera unit, a new leak has shed some more light on the phone's design and the possibility of a second model. The company is expected to launch the OnePlus 7 and a still-unnamed phone with 5G capabilities, reportedly the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, later this year.

The images not only show us the front design of the OnePlus 7 Pro, but the screen of the device on one of the pictures also contains the about page, detailing some key specs of the device. The differences between the OnePlus 7 and the OnePlus 7 Pro are not yet known, but we expect upgrades in the camera and battery departments. We can see the full-screen display of the phone with a high screen to body ratio, without any notch and curved edges.

While OnePlus is yet to confirm any of this information, the OnePlus 7 series is expected to launch sometime in May and the Pro variant is also expected to launch in India at the same time.

So far, we've seen a few renders and leaks of the upcoming OnePlus 7 smartphone. The multiple model numbers of the same variant could also indicate the different SKUs with varying RAM and storage configurations.

OnePlus 7 is hotly anticipated by fans around the world, but the maker of "flagship killer" smartphones has many plans in store and each one more exciting than the other.

A Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset would be present along with 8GB RAM. The OnePlus 6T successor is set to drop the notched screen in favour of a pop-up selfie camera. The OnePlus device also appears to be running on Google's latest Android Pie as well. If rumors are to be believed, the rear camera setup could include a 48-megapixel primary camera (could be used with Sony IMX 586 sensor), a 16-megapixel super wide angle lens, and an 8-megapixel telephoto lens.
