Rather than a simple port, Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth Complete Edition is a brand new entry reworking together two previous Digimon games, Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth, and Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth - Hacker's Memory. When Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth was reviewed in 2016 Jim wrote, "Whether a returning fan or simply someone looking for a new roleplaying game to play, Cyber Sleuth caters to both parties". Both games were initially released for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita back in 2017 and 2018 respectively. In addition to collecting and battling Digimon as you help solve cases and stop the digital world from taking over the real world. Logging into cyberspace is part of everyday life. Little did this teen know, this brief meeting would lead to a digi-monumental adventure. In Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth, scan, raise, and train your faithful Digimon companions to battle by your side against a group of hackers. They offer more than 200 Digimon from the animated series and featured a turn-based combat system. Digivolve to unlock more powerful forms!

Digimon Survive is in development for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. Seeking inspiration from the anime series, the developer brought the idea of Digimon responding to their partners' emotional state to the game. Following the announcement Bandai Namco published a trailer introducing the game along with some screenshots, all included below.
