Barbra Streisand reunites with Kris Kristofferson for emotional duet

Barbra Streisand celebrates Pride with headline show in Hyde Park

Barbra Streisand and Kris Kristofferson have us lost in the music after their rendition of "Lost Inside of You" from the 1976 film A Star Is Born, the predecessor to Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper's award-winning remake released past year.

The singing legend said during her British Summer Time gig in London's Hyde Park that the heir to the throne once told her she was his "only pin-up". Kristofferson was among a slew of special guests, including Bryan Ferry, Ramin Karimloo, The Kingdom Choir and Richard Marx. But fans were surprised when she followed the track by welcoming her former leading man on stage to join her for a duet of "Lost Inside of You" - the "Shallow" of their time. The pair hugged as they walked to the center of the stage. Here's a song that we sang together in the movie, right?

The show was for a sold-out crowd of 65,000 - the biggest audience she's performed for since a Central Park performance for 150,000 in 1968, according to Variety.

Streisand co-wrote "Lost Inside of You" for the film alongside the late Leon Russell.

It was 1976 all over again in London as Barbra Streisand and Kris Kristofferson performed a song from their movie "A Star Is Born". Streisand has previously teased another collaboration with Kristofferson, including in April when she posted a photo of the duo on Instagram with the caption "Stay tuned". She won an Oscar for best original song - alongside Paul Williams - for the love song "Evergreen" in the film.

The 1976 version of A Star Is Born further legitimized Kristofferson's acting career.
