Stewart and her Seberg costar Anthony Mackie

Kristen Stewart's comments came while discussing her previous comments about how she was told that hiding her sexuality might get her bigger roles.

American actor-director Kristen Stewart recently made a shocking revelation that she wants to play a gay superhero and "honestly" wants Marvel to cast her as one. She said, "I've always radically rejected it".

Kristen Stewart's Seberg co-star Anthony Mackie was present along with Kristen at the TIFF to promote their upcoming movie.

"That's been a conversation that's always existed", Stewart told Variety. I heard that and I was like, "Oh man!"

When asked at the Toronto International Film Festival what kind of superhero she would like to play, Kristen Stewart had just one requirement: "A gay one!"

When asked if she would potentially reunite with Patterson for a role in the superhero movie she revealed she was all-in. I also, it feels like, I don't know, I'm very, very happy about that. Ambiguity's a cool thing!' Now, it's, like 'duh.' Before, I had to say it like it was some far out idea.

Jean Smart delivered a Breathless performance in Jean-Luc Godard's 1960 film and cemented herself as an icon of French New Wave cinema, but her life was plagued by the most widely publicized of the often illegal FBI COINTELPRO surveillance operations.

Obviously. Mackie went along with the joke, telling reporters that "it's been a really wonderful, eye-opening experience to where I've been able to work with many"-he shot a look at Stewart-"gay kids".

Since "Twilight" threw her into the spotlight over a decade ago, the actress said she has become adept at putting on a happy public face in the midst of personal turmoil.

Mackie and Stewart star together in Amazon Studios film Seberg, about the life of actress Jean Seberg who was targeted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. However, Pattinson told Variety that he wasn't fazed by the doubters.
